Terms of Service

These terms cover Avinya Ledger's Premium subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Privacy Policy.

• Subscription plans — Avinya Ledger Premium is offered as a Yearly plan or a Monthly plan. The exact price for your country is shown on the paywall and at checkout before you pay, as set by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Free trial — The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The Monthly plan has no free trial — you are charged as soon as you subscribe. If you don't cancel the Yearly plan before the 7-day trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full yearly price and the subscription continues as described below.
• Auto-renewal — Both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (yearly or monthly) at the price shown at the time of purchase, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your payment method is charged by Google Play or Apple, not by Avinya Ledger.
• Cancelling — You can cancel anytime from your Google Play or Apple subscription settings — see Manage Subscription in your Profile. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds — Refunds are handled directly by Google Play or Apple Support, according to their own refund policies. Avinya Ledger does not process or issue refunds itself.
