Avinya Digitech Private Limited ("Avinya Digitech," "we," "us," "our") operates the website avinyadigitech.in (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide directly. When you submit our consultation/contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and any message or project details you provide.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, our server also records your browser's user agent string, the page you submitted the form from, and the date and time of submission. We do not use cookies, and we do not run any analytics or advertising tracking (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel) on this Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes or proposals, get in touch about the services you asked about, and keep an internal record of business enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.
3. How We Store Your Information
Submitted enquiries are stored in a log file on our web server and are also sent by email to our support inboxes (support@avinyadigitech.in and avinyadigitech@gmail.com) so our team can follow up. We don't use a third-party CRM or marketing platform to store this information.
4. Third-Party Services
This Site uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces on this Site. Google may receive your IP address when fonts are loaded.
- Google Maps — embedded on our Contact page to show our office location. Google may collect data per its own privacy policy when the map loads.
- WhatsApp — our "Chat on WhatsApp" links take you to WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Any conversation you start there is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes (such as following up on your enquiry or maintaining business records), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we hold, by emailing support@avinyadigitech.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
