Data Deletion

Avinya Ledger has no user accounts and no server, so there is no account for us to delete on your behalf. Here's exactly what that means:

• No account to delete — Avinya Ledger doesn't require sign-up and doesn't store your data on any server. There's no account, and no request needed for us to erase server-side data, because none exists.
• Uninstalling removes everything — Uninstalling the app permanently and immediately removes all locally stored data — accounts, loans, cards, contacts, and every entry you've made. Nothing is retained anywhere.
• Your backups stay yours — If you created a backup using Backup & Restore, that encrypted file is saved only to the location you chose — your own device or your own cloud drive. We have no access to it and no way to delete it remotely; you can delete it yourself from wherever you saved it.
• Subscriptions — Your Premium subscription and purchase history are managed directly by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, not by Avinya Digitech. To review or cancel a subscription, use your Google Play or Apple account settings.
